REGISTERED CPD PROVIDER INFORMATION
Becoming a Registered CPD Provider
Registering as a CPD Provider is easy! Simply fill out this Registered CPD Provider Application form below, and pay the fee of $260+GST.
Once processed, you will be a Registered CPD provider for the current registration year – typically this will be from October 1st – September 30th. At launch, in 2024, any applications received prior to October will be approved for the longer period through to September 30 2025.
As a Registered CPD Provider, you will be able to submit your courses and workshops to be assessed as verified CPD – you can submit as many courses as you would like to, at no additional cost. All approved verified CPD courses will be promoted to Pilates Aotearoa members and listed on our website.
CPD Provider Criteria
Please only apply to become a Registered CPD Provider if you can meet the following criteria:
– Pilates Aotearoa CPD content must be taught by a Pilates Aotearoa Member that has been teaching for a minimum of 5 years, or a suitably qualified practitioner in their area of expertise. Please note: current REPs registered Pilates instructors/teachers can register as an individual member with Pilates Aotearoa at no exrtra cost.
– Pilates specific course masterclasses, workshops and events must reflect learning that is beyond industry entry-level qualification.
– Non-Pilates based programmes or non-Pilates specific content must include an extension of learning beyond entry level in anatomy, physiology, pathology – or it can be related to business development. The content must be relevant to the Pilates industry and the presenter will need to demonstrate how the information/session will enhance the education of Pilates instructors/teachers.
