Becoming a Registered Education Provider

Registering as an Education Provider is easy! Simply fill out the form below, and pay the fee of $260+GST.

Once processed, you will be a Registered Education provider for the current registration year – running this will be from October 1st – September 30th.

As a Registered Education Provider, you will be able to submit:
– entry-level training programmes to become verified initial qualification, and
– beyond entry-level courses and workshops to be assessed as verified Continued Professional Development (CPD)

You may submit as many CPD courses as you would like to, at no additional cost. All approved verified CPD courses will be promoted to Pilates Aotearoa members and listed on our website.

CPD Provider Criteria

Please only apply to become a Registered CPD Provider if you can meet the following criteria:

– Pilates Aotearoa CPD content must be taught by a Pilates Aotearoa Member that has been teaching for a minimum of 5 years, or a suitably qualified practitioner in their area of expertise. Please note: current REPs registered Pilates instructors/teachers can register as an individual member with Pilates Aotearoa at no exrtra cost.

– Pilates specific course masterclasses, workshops and events must reflect learning that is beyond industry entry-level qualification.

– Non-Pilates based programmes or non-Pilates specific content must include an extension of learning beyond entry level in anatomy, physiology, pathology – or it can be related to business development. The content must be relevant to the Pilates industry and the presenter will need to demonstrate how the information/session will enhance the education of Pilates instructors/teachers.

Pilates Aotearoa Education Provider Registration

Use this form to become a registered Pilates Education Provider with Pilates Aotearoa, for either Pilates teacher trainer programmes and qualifications or Pilates related continuing professional development (CPD). Please check our criteria here for meeting the Pilates Aotearoa teacher training programme criteria and/or CPD criteria.
