Since 2016, she has shared her Pilates expertise in her home studio and multiple Melbourne studios. Certified by Olga Tamara of Authentic Pilates Education International, Elaine has completed graduate programs from the late Jay Grimes and other teachers in this lineage. She continues to teach classical Pilates—Contrology, the complete control of body, mind, and spirit—as it was originally intended to be taught and experienced. Elaine works with a wide range of clients, particularly high-performance athletes, helping them unlock their full physical potential. Based in Nelson/Tasman since 2022, she owns and teaches at Upgrade Pilates, offering virtual and home studio private sessions, semi-private classes, Open Studio group sessions, as well as workshops and mentoring for teachers.
